1. About this service
Rebecca Classroom AI ("the Service") is a professional teaching assistant that helps educators plan lessons, organize their classroom, prepare materials, and communicate with parents. The Service is designed to support teachers — it does not replace professional judgment.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and a working or training educator to create an account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, professional teaching purposes. You will not:
- upload personal data of students or parents beyond what is strictly necessary;
- use the Service to make medical, psychological, or diagnostic decisions about a child;
- attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service;
- share your account with anyone outside your school context.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of lesson plans, notes, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content so we can provide the Service to you.
5. AI-generated output
The Service uses AI to suggest lesson ideas, drafts, and reflections. You are responsible for reviewing every output before using it with students or sharing it with parents. AI output may contain inaccuracies.
6. Privacy
We process data to operate the Service. We do not sell personal data. School-specific data handling is governed by your school's policies and any agreement with your administration.
7. No professional advice
The Service does not provide medical, legal, psychological, or special-education advice. Always defer to qualified professionals, your school, and parents for those decisions.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for an extended period.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
